random blue screen reboots

hi yeah um lately on my pc when its idle or doing anything i get a dark blue screen (with no writing) flash up and then my computer attempts to reboot.

here are my specs:

amd athlon 3800+ (not OC)
ati radeon x550
1GB PC3200 RAM (not OC)
1x WD 160GB SATA II HD
1x Seagate 40GB IDE HD
Sony Dual layer DVD-RW

help would be coool

Have you installed any new memory recently

hey thanks for the reply, ive fixed it now, the DDR voltages were at 2.60v wen they were meant to be at 2.5v
