Default RAM Timings problem

Ok now I am getting very suspect with the equipment I bought from this guy. I bought G Skill RAM 4-4-4-12 2x1GB Dual Channel 800mHz. When I run CPU-Z I think he gave me the 5-5-5-15 sticks, but they are marked as the 4's. Is this correct what I am saying given the screenshot here?
