Default RAM question

I have a prob. w/ my comp booting. My mobo says that it supports nonECC ddr ram and I wasn't sure if that ram is any different from regular ddr sdram (which is what I have) if it is.. what is it? any help would be useful...

DON'T DOUBLE POST!!!!! Your RAM as described in the other post is fine. Go back to that post and follow the directions for a dead system rebuild.
