Okay, after playing a game for about an hour, the game always slows down to a hault it seems. Well after the game did that this time, I went out and did some benchmark tests in Everest Home Edition. It showed my RAM as PC2600 DDR SDRAM though I have PC3200 SDRAM.
Here's my specs:
MSI K8N Neo4-F Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 Mobo
AMD Athlon 64 3000+ Venice 1GHz FSB Socket 939 Processor Model ADA3000BPBOX
CORSAIR ValueSelect 1GB (2 x 512MB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM DDR 400 (PC 3200) Unbuffered
Windows XP w/ SP2
Anyone have any ideas what the problem may be?
Also, when I run the program CPUZ, it always shows my HTT as 201 MHz even though when I go into the BIOS it comes up as 200 MHz. Could this be apart of the problem, or is the program just messing up?
Thanks.
