RAM Frequency

So I'm Using 8GB Of G Skill RipJaw X 1333mhz but whenever i go into any program that tells me speeds always says it's running at 667. IS that normal since i have two sticks and double that is about 1333mhz or should they both be runnning at 1333?

The programs that tell you RAM frequencies split the frequency in half (CPU-Z), because it's double data rate. So if you multiply 667 * 2, you'll get roughly 1333.
