Ram compatibility question

Ok I am wondering if installing a Matrix 256MB PC133 SDRAM stick would interfere with my already existing 512 mb pc2700 ddr sdram. Is it compatible, or not? Thanks for any replies.

PC133 and PC2700 have different pin sizes and the PC133 SDRAM will not fit in a DDR slot.
