Ralink Problem

Another problem to contend with :freak:

Recently my computers has some real problems connecting to the internet via my USB device which connect to my router which connects to the modem. Everytime i turn the computer on the ralink programe which controls the USB connecting to the internet, it cant seem to find the USB internet connecting device, it normally takes all plugs being unplugged and then the power going off from the switch to fix this problem, ive even reformatted my computer to see if it was a virus or somekind of conflict but no joy. Anyone know whats going on here?

Using USB to connect to the internet can cause problems. Not really a fix but more of a workaround would be to do it the standard way and use an ethernet cable from the modem and plug it into your computer. That way you will not need software or drivers for it to work as well. If you dont have a ethernet port, but a network card. Give that a shot and let us know how it goes.
