Default Rainbow Six Vegas problems

Whenever I try and load up the game the cursor turns to a disc like it's loading, but then it just stops trying to load completely. I re-installed the game twice and re-installed all of the patches for it. Help please.

I have a pentium 4 3.2 Ghz processor, and an EVGA Geforce 7800 GS
