Raid Schmaid ???

People...

Will a RAID array benefit me in recording digital audio? Right now, I'm running SONAR2 (multitrack recording software) & Win XP on my Primary (ATA) drive; & recording the audio data onto a dedicated Secondary (ATA) drive. Both drives are 7200 rpm w/ 8MB caches.

How would RAID aid the audio datastream?
