RAID Not Working Properly

I have 2 SATA 3.0 drives with a 82MB/s transfer rate each (their jumper settings are set to 3.0GB/s).

They are setup for a striped RAID 0.

I should be getting 164MB/s transfer rate (theoretically). I'm only getting 110MB/s transfer rate.

Any ideas on what could be causing this?
