Default radeon x1100 problem

Hello, I have a Acer Aspire 5102 laptop wich uses a radeon x1100 integrated graphics adapter.

I installed World of Warcraft BC on it and ran the game, framerare is very good but I have a problem, although I never drop below 23 fps the game doesn't run smooth, I get some sort of skidding, not like classical low framerate, lowering video options did not seem to help.

I saw the same problem in 3dmark 2001 during tests that use pixel shader, the indicator shows 30 fps but the image skids.

I changed the drivers but it didn't seem to help.. any idea?

The laptop has windows vista home basic, thurion dual core 1.6ghz and 1gb ram
