Default Radeon 9600 Drivers

Im trying to run Prey with these specs: p4 3.0 ghz, 1gb ram, 9600xt 128mb

When I load the game it says "The current video card / driver combination does not support the necessary features."

Would downloadin a new driver help? If so, where can i get one.
