Hi ,
I face a problem and i have no idea where to start looking for a solution. I had posted some days ago a problem with my pc, about shuting down and my card ( 1650X pro) underperforming and finally the solutions was to upgrade my psu ( from 400 to 650) and change the cpu Cooler. From then on everything runs smoothly BUT i have a very curious problem.
When i play WOW ( at a resolution 1280x1024 at 60 Mhz ) my display 21''' Viewsonic makes a flick and for a 1/10 of a sec the screen changes to colored rectangles ( like when you have a very very low resolution and 16 colors and then returns again in the above mentioned resolution. This may happen for 10 times in a row and then it stops. After 30 mins it may happen again.
My pc is A Pentium 4 ( prescott) 3 Mhz on an asus motherboard with 1024 Mb RAM.
What do you think ? is a card problem, a monitor problem ? a pc problem ? ( although i am playing wow 2,50 years now and with older cards and had no such problems ) or what ?
I even started to think is a cable problem ( the one connecting the monitor with my Card )
