Still not the answer I'm looking for. There's a copy on the hard drive, and Timmy wants to find it. I'll give you a hint. Which OS is the lady using?

then it would be C:\WINNT\System32\autochk.exe

HERE IS ONE THAT HAPPENED TO ME TODAY

A customer cals in and says there notebook has gone crazy

when they press the "R" key the run box pops up

when they press the "E" windows explorer pops up

WHEN THE "D" KEY IS PRESSED OPEN WINDOWS CLOSE

pluss a few others...what is wrong ?

the laptop has a second function on the keyboard which is locked, sorta like caps lock but different
