Default Questions about a VCORE.

I got this program called OCCT 3.1 or something like that, and I decided to use a Power supply test, it said I had 3 Vcore errors what are those? I think I just posted a picture below hopefully it posts. Can anyone inform me on what's going on?

I also know that people say software readings with electric measurements are inaccurate, but I just wanted to post for extra information.
