Question about PC to LCD TV

alright I hooked up my pc to my sisters LCD TV through HDMI, it supports 1080p 120hz, but when i selected 1080p from my computer it is to large???

The top and bottom are stretched but the width is fine. I have to select 1650x1050 in order for every thing to be proportional but its still stretchs images. Also Im not sure if its the drivers or what but there isnt an option to select widescreen from my catalyst menu or windows resolution, and only 60hz is available

Click the little black drop arrow for you LCD, select configure, and here you should be able to adjust the overscan issue.
