PSU or Not?

Hello,

I recently built my computer last weekend. When I try to boot it up it will get so far then just restart sometimes i get all the way through windows sometimes it just says its on and has power but doesnt put anythin up on the screen. There is no blue screen or anything just stops viewing anything then restarts and keeps doing it until i go to back of power supply and cut off power. Would this be a PSU problem I have the FSP 450watt PSU or would it be power cables?

I would check to make sure everything in the machine is compatible with each other. detailed specs would be nice.

Also check the settings in the CMOS, I had the problem with an ASUS MB that the video card was fighting the onboard, even though it was disabled, it took a while but I got it working.

Also check jumper settings for your MB. Look at the manufacturers wevsite
