Go with a quality, brand name power supply. Get an Antec or Corsair.
Read a few posts in this thread to get an idea of why you buy a quality power supply.
EZ Cool Tornado ate my HD4850 (replacement suggestions pls)... - jonnyGURU Forums

Edit: The cooler master power supply would be much higher quality than the EZCool Tornado.

Build to be updated, a reminder to myself.

immortal - That doesn't have a 80+ sticker on it. Probably a cheap brand.

I've decided to spend the 6 pound something extra and go with This as it has a higher wattage.

To combat my overheating problem, I'll be picking up four 80mm case fans (mounting two as extraction at the back and two as intake on the side) As well as a Antec Vcool PCI graphics card cooler. With those extra 5 fans and the upgraded power supply, I'm hoping to drop the average temp inside the case down by at least 5 degrees, with any luck, as much as 10.
