I have a proview lcd monitor and what happen was it starting making a whistle sound 2 weeks ago, then the sound would slowly die and it would be fine, then i went on vacation and i came back and turn my computer on and there was a gray screen with random veritcal lines move side to side, then after 8 secound it would come on, and the whistle would die down again, now it takes 1-2 mines to come on, but now the screen is a solid gray(no lines) and the whistle never lowers, always high. right now im using it but when it cools off for awhile and then i turn it on it does it. as long as its warmed up tis fine. i tried changing resolution and refresh rates and it still does it. anyone know whats going on? i have had this for about a year. i know its not my graphic cards cause i tried this monitor on another pc and it still does it.
