probliem in PSU

hey guys .. heres my probliem ...
well ... i work in a computer mantinace place ..
and everytime a computer comes i have to check its hardware ..
am most of the times the PSU fan sound as loud as my grandpa's snore ...
so i have to open the psu and clean it with the dust buster (air hoover) then i take out the sticker on the fan and oil it up with something called (noxydol)
the probliem is almost everytime i do that i will have probliems with it (it provides weak power , if i try to plug 2 hhd and a dvd rom .. it starts for like 10 sec then dissconnects by itself !!)
what am i doing wrong here ???
is it the hoover or the thing i spray ?? am really confused !!

did you get the nitrogen on any component in the PSU? usually that happens to me when you tilt the the air cans they spray out nitrogen which can do some damage.

well, how do you check the voltages? if you dont, get a cheap tester, and test the psu's first. and instead of oiling them, how about trying a new fan? you can buy them in bulk for pretty cheap! just look around

but yea, just check voltages before, and work fan, then check after.
