Problems with Nirvana NV120 and Asus P6T Deluxe

I recently purchased a Zerotherm Nirvana NV120 for my i7 920 CPU, but for some reason the screws won't align with the holes on my Asus P6T Deluxe mobo. Is this a known compatibility issue, or did I just not read carefully enough and this heatsink does not work with this CPU and/or mobo? Thinking about returning it or just selling it on ebay, but before I do and I'm stuck with the stock heatsink, is there anything I can do to get this thing to fit? Maybe some sort of adapter?
