Problems with battlefiled 2142 (or video card?)

Heya, not exactlym sure where to post this. But anyways the past 3 days or so ive had trouble playing BF 2142, i have an account and my brother has an account as well. Ive tried both accounts, neither work. Ive tried both cds, neither work. Ive tried cleaning the cds, doesnt work. ive ran spyware and virus scans, returned nothing. I guess that leaves it to something wrong with my pc, my video card i guess. if anyone has had similiar problems or knows what this can be, help would be appreciated

I dont quit get what your asking for :/
Are you trying to say that BF wont start when you click on the .exe file or your accounts dont want to load?

I can log in, get to the multiplayer section with all the servers showing, ill pick a server and the map starts loading, about half way through it just stops. and i need to restart my PC at that point, ctrl alt del doesnt work etc.
