problem when i turn my computer on

I was cleaning out my basement when i found an old computer.
i plugged it in and started it.
when it turn on there is just a black screen then i push a button on the keyboard and it says:

main processor : AMD-KT(ym)/23
proccesser clock : 23 MHz
VGA Memory :1MB
Checking NVRAM
32768kb

WAIT...
Main Proce

can somebody plz help?
the keyboard wont do anything

That is a extremely Old computer.


That thing will cry if you try to run anything from today on it.

Better to leave it in the basement and let it die.

Seriously man. 23 MHz. Time to let it go.

Corrupt OS is the first thing that comes to mind or just dead parts.
