Default (problem) there is no signal

Hi guys
I just finished building my new computer, but I got problem with it. When I try to connect the computer with my TV, it always shows there is no signal. I used HDMI cable and VGA cable, and both of them didn't work. can you help me?!

I'm using asus p6t ws professional and my graphic card is radeon HD4550.

Did you turn it on in display settings? I had this problem before. My second monitor wasnt working, i went to there and enabled it.

I don't understand what exactly do you mean by display settings of TV,but I just did with my computer the same thing with my PS3& laptop, i mean the same settings, and there is no signal with my computer!

Do you have the GPU drivers installed? You might need to get a normal monitor hooked up until you can install the HDMI drivers.

I used VGA cable which is the normal cable, and nothing change

does it have an onboard vga? try that.

It doesn't. I think the problem is the graphic card is not working or there is something wrong with the bored
