problem with graphics card driver... possibly??

so today i tried to get on aion, and noticed that my computer was glitching, i guess if thats the word to use for it, i thought it was just in game, (every 2-3 seconds whatever the mouse is dragging, such as my perspective in game, freezes, but not the mouse) so i thought it was just in game, then i exited, drug a window around, and it did the same thing. its not a big problem, everything else works fine, but it is rather annoying, and i havent been able to figure out how to fix it, obviously.

i restarted in safe mode, the problem didnt exist. went back to normal and uninstalled the driver for my graphics card, problem went away. redownloaded it from nvidia website and reinstalled it, problem came back.


any thoughts?

what is your computers full specs? what graphic card do you have? how much RAM do you have in your motherboard?

Try using a older driver instead of the one you just installed that you know gives you this problem.
