Problem

I have the Maximus IV Extreme-Z and The Only way it seems to get my computer to boot correctly is to take out my video card and re-seat the card and then turn it on, then it starts perfectly but when i turn of the computer i have to re-seat the Video Card

Motherboard: Maximus IV Extreme-Z (BIOS Version: 3203 )
Processor: Intel Core i7-2600
Ram: 16 GB
Video Card: GeFirce GTX 560

OS: windows 7 64
