Printer Won't Print

I have an Epson Stylus C66 printer that is roughly a year old. I recently just got back to school, and had used the printer over the summer without any problems. I just went to use it, and it ran, and the paper came out, but nothing is on the paper. So I figured the ink might have dried out, so I replaced the cartridges, and they are all still not working...nothing on the paper. I tried to have the printer clean the printing nozzles but nothing. Any ideas on how to fix this guy or is it a goner?
