Printer Problems

SO MAD RIGHT NOW MY DAD OWNS THIS PRINTER AND HE JUST CHANGED THE INK CARTRIGE LIKE 5 MINUTES AGO...A BRAND NEW INK CARTRIGE AND IT WONT PRINT, WELL IT PRINTS BUT HE CANT EVEN SEE WAT THE PAPER SAYS. WHY ISNT THE INK THING WORKING?...OR IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE PRINTER? IF U KNOW WHATS WRONG WITH IT...PLZ EMAIL ME AT

click Start menu>click printers and faxes>go 2 properties on the selected printer>go to Advanced and uncheck Print spooled document first

also try finding the option were it allow u to clean and align the ink cartrige
