Hello

I have got an HP PSC2410 printer. My printer is printing a pink color instead of blue or grey colors
can you guys tell me why it is doing so?

thanks for the replies,

I did the self test and following two blocks did not print well. (blue and yellow)

The blue color bar did not print either but the yellow color bar printed well

i guess this means that i need to change the color cartridge?
i have got the following numbers for the

vertical cartridge-to-cartridge alignment setting: 24
horizontal cartridge-to-cartridge alignment setting: 3
black bidirectional printing alignment setting: -3, -6, 0
color bidirectional printing alignment setting: 0, -3, 0 : 0,0,0

Luckily, HP cartridges are cheap, and easy to find. Your printer probably came with a guide to buying new cartridges. If it didn't, open up the printer, and locate the old ink cartridge, and get a new one from Best Buy.

i am going to order the color crtridge, what i dont understand is that with the black and the color(?) cartridges in the past, the printer did warn saying that the cotoner was low?
but this time around it did not thing of the sort?

i actually wanted to ask about the settings (vertical and horzontal). when i print from firefox, the right side gets cropped, is that because of the settings?
