Default Powersupply for Dell crapped out

Model #: PS-5161-1D1S

This is for a Dell computer. My brother in law fried this one somehow and wants a new one. The Dell company sells them for $119.00 - Seems high to me for a powersupply so I'm guessing this is just a Dell price tag. I don't know much about power supplies and was hoping someone could tell me where to look for a cheaper one that would fit just fine.

Found this: Dell Optiplex Power Supply - P2721
That's what I need, but 80$ is a lot of cash for that. Can't I get away with a different type ?

Ebay, bro. That's the name of the game.

PS-5161-1D1S, Computers Networking, wii items on eBay.com

Sometimes a generic will work but they can be tough to find ones that will fit. You might check like a Micro Center or similar store if you have one near you. But those Ebay ones are a lot cheaper than $80.
