Power Supply Problem

Hello.

I just bought a used power supply and implemented it in my computer. It's a SolyTech 500w ATX Retail PSU with a blue light thing. The power supply does however not seem to be working very well. It tends to sound like someone is sharpening a sword and the computer restarts after 4 minutes of usage. All fans are running, what's wrong? Could I have connected something incorrectly or is the PSU bad?
