power supply dead

i came home from work for the past couple of days to notice my comp shut off and i didnt know why.well today it didnt turn on so immediately i assumed power supply hooked up a spare and bingo everything turns on.so my question why did it die.the brand name is @-power its some odd company it came with my case.its 350 watts now is it cause its cheap or is a350 watt not enough for the computer i have running (see signature) the thing is if u think it wasnt enough power the spare i had is the same wattage. do u think it will be enough?????

most power supplys that come with cases are crap, plain and simple.. get a 400 watt and you should be grand, or 450 if you want more peace of mind
