Is it the power supply?

I have a Compaq that is about 1 1/2 years old. It has been sitting for a few month because I have a better computer now. Well, I hooked everything up yesterday and when I plug in the CPU, the power light on the front of the computer and the light on the back (on the power supply) blinks. It will not power up at all. It just blinks. Anyone think it's the power supply?

I really doubt that it is the Power Supply, but possible... You might want to check the button and make sure that it is connected to the proper jumpers and maybe even try connectin a different button to it
