Ok, so whenever I turn on my pc, (I don't know how to explain this) the green light that indicates power which is found at the front of my pc keeps blinking and the power keeps going off and on. I've checked the volts/outlet and everything and it was fine, i figured it was the power supply cause it makes a weird noise when I turn it on.
