Power LED doesn't turn on

Power LED doesn't turn on, only hdd LED, I can hear hard disk, fans are spinning but monitor also doesn't turn on. I have tried this things:
Changing RAM with really working one
Changed HDD
changed RAM slots.

Any more ideas?

Is the light cable hooked up to the motherboard?

Is it hooked up the right way? funny thing about LEDs, being diodes, is that they only work one way. VERY tiny chance that the actual led has blown, in which case just hook up a different one and test that.
