power issues

I am building a PC and I have no power at all. The fan doesn't even spin. I think the power switch connector might be the issue. In the manual, the panel 1 is laid out like this

I know the bottom left is the #1 pin, but what numbers are the rest of the pins. I reseatted the 2 power cables going into the motherboard.

One tip for starting a system up without a working power button is to jump the pins with something like a paper clip. If everything fires right up then you will simply need a new switch. If nothing powers up check all other connections as well as looking at a possible board or supply problem. Verify you have the correct pair of pins for power too.
