Possibly overdrawing my PSU with a hungry video card?

I tried finding info on the the net but can't seem to find what I'm looking for or know how to properly search for it. anyways...
I bought Elder Scrolls 4 and a new video card, it's a radeon x1300 well after I play the game a bit the computer just suddenly turns off and it won't boot back up again for a while and I have to throw the switch on my psu. It sounds to me like I'm overdrawing the power supply but I'm really not sure...
it's about a three year old 350w startech, cheapy power supply. Any thoughts?

It probably is not enough.

What are the rest of the system Specs and if you HAD to buy a new power supply what is your budget?

FIC mainboard
1gb ram
Maxtor 120gb hd
Radeon x1300
cheap dvd-rw
Samsung cd burner
Looking at spending around $40 probably go for a 450-500 watt

400 Watt Fortron for 39.99@ BUt I would get the 450 Watt Fortron for 49.99$

On newegg or Zipzoom.

thanks for the advice, I actually came across a good deal on a 430 watt thermaltake that had really good reveiws and came to $30 AR so we'll see if this fixes the problem.

I stay away from TT, Its cheaper for a very good reason, reviews don't mean crap. Most of them of False anyways.
