Default possible video card problem

Hi

Every so often my screen goes blank for about half a second then comes back on. This happens even though i'm doing things on the computer so it's not the screen saver.

Weird. I have the same card and that happens to me at times too. No idea why it happens, but it doesn't seem to pose any serious problems that I know of. It's a bit annoying when it happens, but it doesn't seem to cause the device to malfunction or slow down what you're doing. I don't know how to fix it either.

Yeah. I hear the monitor click too, like it actually turned off and on. It has to be monitor related. We should try updating our monitor drivers.

its the power supply. I have the same problem with the same card!
i think it has to do with the power supply. i was using a 280w and upgraded to a 400w, no more flickers for me.
