Default Possible hard drive issues?

Ok here is whats going on.
I have this 1tb hd as my game install drive and I can hear the cliking and vibration wen I open it on my computer like it takes a min load the contents I dont know if that normal or not it dosent do it all the time either is ramdom. Also happens wen I play skyrim and batman arkham city. What do u guys think?
