Default Please Help, X.exe needs to close

I cannot launch my PC game (Empire Earth 2 expansion). I recieve this error EE2X.exe has a encountered a problem and needs to close. I have closed all other programs that are needed.
Any suggestions? Thanx

It doesn't even let me un-install. I get some type of Setup.exe error message. I'm just afraid if I buy a new different game I will get the same errors. Perhaps it's just EE2 expansion disk or something? Thanx

Manually delete it and remove all traces from the Registry.

Or, contact the game support and see if they can help...maybe it's a common issue.

Okay thank but how do I manually delete it in the registry?? I don't know much about computers.
