PLEASE HELP PSU issue in a hurry

k so my friend is having a problem , when he turns the psu on with the switch in the back all the fans turn on, but he never pressed the power button to turn on the sytem, and when he does try to turn it one nothing happens. anybody know wuts up

sounds like the mobo is fried or the PS is toast, try swapping another ps and see wat comes up.
ur post doesnt make any sense but i know wat ur talking about
u cant turn the ps on with the back switch unless u take a paper clip and turn it on manually through the pins
