This 1.13g page usage is ****ing me off. i wonder why this is happening. this only happens when i play a game. any game that is

My com specs =

Geforce 7800 GTX 256mb
Lanparty SLI-DR UT MB
1 gig pc 555 g-skill ram
Amd x2 3800+ dual core processor

can anyone please help? its lagging. when it hits 1.13g page usage

page file will always increase considerably when playing a game

Post a screen shot of all the processes running. Thats ALOT of memory being used.

If the OS is low on Memory (RAM) it can borrow some of the hard drive to create virtual memory. It uses some of the hard drive to simulate RAM, this is stored in a file on the hard drive called a swap file or page file. There are ways to disable this feature but I would recommend that you leave it how it is.
