please help!

i deleted a folder from my computer and from a flash drive a while ago, i've been trying to get it back and downloading all sorts of different recovery software and NONE of them work! They recover everything else except the folder I want.
is there any way i can get that folder back because everything i've downloaded so far hasn't worked, if not is there someone i could call that could maybe lift the folder from the memory and maybe recover it?

You won't be able to recover it if the locations on the flash drive have been written to.

Try Recuva Recovery, if that doesn't do it you are SOL.
