Default Pinnacle movieboard

So, I got this pinnacle movieboard thingy a while ago... it's this pci card that lets you have video input... however, it only works with Pinnacle Studio, which always crashes on my Vista HP system (not SP1)...
I've tried using Movie Maker's video capture, as well as Adobe Premieres video capturer... neither see the pinnacle movieboard... but they both see my camera with firewire input.

Everything i find says it can't find my 'TV Tuner'... and thats because what i have isn't a TV Tuner... it's just video in... It has an S-Video in, and an RCA video input (as well as an RCA video output)...

Is there anything I can use that isn't pinnacle studio, but still finds my pinnacle movieboard?
