picky boot up

hey guys, i noticed when its cold/morning my computer will NOT boot, the light will turn on and it would be loud, but nothing will happen. and it does this for hours untell its warmer weather, then it boots up fine. whats the problem?

Well I don't think the cold whether is a factor since people run there own PC's at negative Celsius....

I would check for loose ram or some other component.Reseat everything to see if that is a problem.

found out it was the PSU, its a somewhat new antec too, anyone know if i take it to a autherized dealer if they will give me a new one? or will i have to mail it in? it says it has a 3 year warrenty
