Default philips hepc 9602 all in one

installed windows 7 but wont let me install graphics driver shuts down when I try? am I better off putting vista on it ? all so have line in the screen is this normal ?

You be better off sticking with windows 7, windows vista I wouldn't recommend to home users.
The card can be replaced open it up and you should find the graphics card.
Geforce GT400 or GT500 series would work out well for this machine.

It should be compatible as long as the mobo has pci express 16 slot.
