Yep, brand new drivers from Sapphire.com (the manufacturer) and dx9 is installed. I used dxdiag to check.
I've had a similar problem in the past and couldnt work it out so I sent it to the place I bought it from to see if they could work it out and when I got it back it was fine and they said it was because I didnt have .net framework installed.
I have tried installing .net 1, .net 2 and now I'm on .net 3 and it doesnt make a difference.
