Default PCI-X slot

I have 2x Opteron 250 Troys looking for a home.

Because of the fact they are server Procs, the compatible mobos all have pci-x slots. I'm looking at using this machine has a high-end workstation and am wondering if the pci-x slots will take normal pci-33 cards. When I say Pci-X I don't mean pci-express...... I've gotten a few responses along those lines.

No, they won't work with regular PCI cards because the slot is a diferent length. All of the PCI-E/X motherboards that i've seen have both PCI and PCI-X slots on them. however, there are only about 2 PCI slots on it instead of 5 or 6 on most AGP motherboards.
