pci slot help

well wheneverv i have something in the pci slots
windows never boots up then when i take them out again it works
is this because of fault pci slots or mobo
or could this have happened beause of bios being updated?

Go into bios and reset the bios to defaults if you can get into bios.

what card you are inserting in? have you tried 1/2 different types of cards?
if you have recent BIOS upgrade, then reset it to default for optimized performance and then start changing it step by step until problem shows up again.

i tried 2 working cards
ive reset bios couple of times same problem
were getting a new board

try tweaking the BIOS, some new feature might be blocking the PCI slots to work.
