Default PC won't recognize Mouse/Keyboard

Hi sorry to trouble you guys again.
I got a new Motherboard: ASRock Motherboard - Product - 939NF4G-VSTA - Overview

Everyone boots up to windows nicely except that I can not use the mouse/keyboard or USB slots. I have tried both the P2 and USB connection, switched the ram around all to no avail. Wondering if anyone could offer any help, thanks a lot.
